There are four easy steps to creating letters in Maximizer CRM. This includes downloading the Maximizer CRM Word Add-In, creating the letter, printing the letter and printing the envelope.Sydney, NSW, Australia, October 10, 2013 -- Maximizer CRM customers can use mail merge to send mail to a group of contacts or a single contact in the databaseamericanroadtriponline. The Maximizer CRM Word Add-in Integration has a host of features that help users to do this quickly and easily. There are four easy steps behind sending letters using the Maximizer Word Add-in. The first step is to set up and install the Maximizer CRM Word Add-In. Internet Explorer is required to set up the Add- in as ActiveX is required to communicate between Microsoft Word and the browser and ActiveX is only available on internet explorer at the moment Roll forming machine. When the user logs into Maximizer, a little prompt at the bottom of the screen asks whether or not to run the Maximizer browser add-on. This is the little program that lets Maximizer communicate with Microsoft Word; the user needs to click “Allow” to install it. If the prompt is not visible, chances are the add-on is already installed. Next, the Maximizer Word Integration Add-in needs to be installed. To do that, hover over the “Administration” menu at the bottom of the Maximizer Icon Bar and select the “Desktop and Mobile Setup” option. A link will appear to download the Microsoft Word Integration installation package maggie sottero adrien. Simply click the link and follow the steps to install the Add-in. Now that the Maximizer CRM Word Add-in is installed, open Word, a see the new “Maximizer” tab in the ribbon. This is going to be the main integration point between Word and Maximizer. Before writing the letter, log in to Maximizer in Internet Explorer and select the entry of the letter recipient. With the entry selected in Maximizer, go ahead with composing the letter in Word. But when it comes time to enter the name or address, or any other information from one of the Maximizer contacts, use the Maximizer Word Add-in. Click the “Insert Merge Field” button in the Maximizer Add-in; insert fields from Maximizer entries right into the letter mens jewellry. At first, the field names selected will be inserted as placeholders, but by clicking the “Preview” button a view of what the letter will look like once the actual values from the current Maximizer entry are inserted into the letter. As the letter is written, any word or phrase that is personalized for the addressee can have a corresponding merge field inserted instead of typing it out manually. That way, Maximizer users will be able to pull the data directly from Maximizer later on when the letter is printed.Once the letter is completed and it’s ready to go, simply click the “Send to Printer” button to print it. Before printing, the Maximizer Add-in will grab the values for any merge fields in the document from the current entry in Maximizer so that the letter has all of the correct name and address information. Check the “Save Merged Documents(s)” option before printing and the Maximizer Add-in will also save a copy of the letter. With this option selected, the letter will show up in the “Documents” tab for the current entry so that there will be a record of the sent letter.Of course, when sending a letter, a mailing label or envelope is required to send it in. Just click the “Envelopes” button and a dialog will appear that allows users to print an envelope for the current entry in Maximizer. The steps for printing labels are pretty much the same.
